Canada has had laws specific to the gathering of DNA evidence since the mid-90s, but we’ve been operating with one hand tied behind our back to the detriment of crime solving and prevention.

BASSETERRE, ST KITTS – Law makers in St. Kitts and Nevis have replaced its 135-year old Evidence Act that originated out of the United Kingdom, like most of our pre-independence legislation.
