The Ministry of Public Security (MPS) said Thursday that anyone who encounters underage beggars who might have been forced to beg can call 110 and police will bring in the children, test their DNA and see if they are among the abducted children, in saying that many children are instructed to beg by their parents, Xinhua has reported.
